Introducing: Luminance, by Erina Delmar
We all carry light within us. Different qualities of light that ebb and flow with the seasons of our lives—some burning bright, others waiting to be tended.
For months, I've been developing a way to map that inner light through something entirely new, something that feels true to the Erina Delmar world:
The Seven Luminances.
Seven types of light, seven corresponding gemstone color families, seven aspects of who you are:
- Hearth — The steady glow of hearthflame, as grounding and foundational as your sense of home, sustaining warmth until dawn breaks.
- Agate, Sardonyx, Sunstone
- Dawnrise — The flowing light of new beginnings, coming with the promise of creation.
- Peach aventurine, amazonite, peach moonstone
- Zenith— The radiant light of midday, at the height of power.
- Citrine, carnelian, honey calcite
- Aurora — The shimmering light of the northern sky, magical and wonderous as the ability to love openly and compassionately.
- Fluorite, rose quartz, green aventurine
- Twilight — The liminal light between day and night, as transformative as truth and authentic expression.
- Aquamarine, sodalite, lepidolite
- Starshine — The ancient burn of distant stars, made of the same matter, part of the same universe as you. Their brightness is your light, their guidance is your wisdom.
- Blue goldstone, lapis lazuli, amethyst.
- Moonlight — The mystical light of reflection. Your connection to something greater, your sense of purpose, your trust in the unfolding.

How It Works: Your Luminance Reading
Here's what happens when you book a Seven Luminances reading:
1. You Take the Assessment
Once you purchase a luminance reading on erinadelmar.com, you'll receive an email with a link to a Luminance questionnaire. The questionnaire asks you to rate how much certain statements resonate with you right now. Not who you wish you were. Not who you used to be. Who you are in this moment. There are no wrong answers.
2. I Map Your Light
Your responses create a unique "Luminance Signature"—a visual representation of your inner landscape. Some lights burn bright. Others are softer, calling for attention. There's no perfect pattern, only yours.
3. I Curate Your Piece
Using soft, earthy gemstones, I create jewelry where the proportions reflect your luminance pattern. If your Zenith is strong, you'll see more golden citrine. If your Aurora needs support, rose quartz will be there to hold space for your heart. Every piece is one-of-a-kind, created specifically for you.
4. You Receive Your Reading
Along with your jewelry, you'll receive a personalized interpretation of your luminance signature—what your pattern means, which lights are guiding you, and which ones are asking to be tended.

I've created two different tiers, because not everyone needs (or wants) the full deep dive. Trust me, I've seen the eyes glaze over when I started going on about ~*the magical powers of crystals*~ to the wrong audience. Why I Created This
That bracelet I made at the Galentine's party (see my last blog post)? It taught me something profound: we already know who we are. We just need mirrors that reflect it back clearly enough to see.
For some people, that mirror is art. For others, it's music or nature or poetry. For me, it's always been about curation—bringing together bits and pieces of all of those elements in a way that tells a coherent story and reveals something true, but previously unseen.
I have a background in art history. I worked in galleries and museums, curating exhibits and events. It was the closest I'd ever come to a "calling" before I started making jewelry. Because curation isn't just about arranging things beautifully. It's about seeing what belongs together, what story is trying to be told, what truth wants to emerge.
Seven Luminances is me bringing that curatorial eye to the work of self-discovery. I'm not just making pretty jewelry (though it is pretty, if I do say so myself). I'm creating a way for you to see yourself—your unique pattern of light—reflected back through stone and sacred geometry.
And here's the thing about light: it's not static. Your luminance signature today might look different in three months, six months, a year. You're not broken if some lights are dim. You're simply being shown where your energy can be spared, where it can be shared, and where it can be restored.

A Few Things to Know
How long does it take?
From questionnaire completion to delivery: 2-4 weeks depending on tier and current bookings. Galentine's orders placed by January 31st will be prioritized.
What if I don't resonate with my reading?
The Luminance system is meant to be a light, positive experience to help you connect with yourself through crystals and is intentionally not explicitly or directly associated with any specific dogma or practice. It's just your input, sky and light phenomena, and beautiful stones.

Will my luminance signature change?
Yes, probably! That's the beautiful part. You're not fixed. Your light shifts. You can take the assessment at a later time and even order another bracelet to bear witness your own evolution.
