FAQ
What is your return policy?
As a one-woman shop, I am logistically unable to offer returns or refunds at this time. While I strive to make each piece with care and have done my best to use high quality materials, if you experience any issues with your purchase and require a repair or resize, please contact me directly at erinadelmar@gmail.com.
Where do you source your materials?
For my initial inventory, gemstones are mostly from The Bead Traders, Beads of Cambay, and Tejas Beads. Metal findings and charms are from a mix of sources including Bead World and the brand Beebeecraft on Amazon. I also sourced some materials from other jewelry designers' "destashes". I do not have a consistent supplier for chain and wire yet. As of August 31, 2025, all of my inventory was created using gold plated metal but starting in September 2025 I am incorporating gold filled, vermeil, and sterling silver.
Where can I buy Erina Delmar?
Erinadelmar.com and select pop-up locations. Follow on social for details on upcoming pop-up shows and markets.
How do you determine pricing?
My goals for this business are to have a creative outlet and to share and connect with people through my art. With that in mind, my prices are set to cover the base cost of materials and minimal overhead. As a new jewelry designer, I am currently not factoring in my time in making each piece because I am still learning and exploring new techniques and skills. As I become more experienced in the future, this may change, but for now you can enjoy some of the lowest prices you'll find for genuine semi-precious, handcrafted jewelry on the market.
How did you get started in jewelry making?
It started as an idea to make my best friend a set of earrings and necklaces out of sea glass we found while walking on the beach together. Then I attended a mala bracelet making workshop where I made my first gemstone bead bracelets, and I loved them so much I wanted to make more. During an extended period of convalescence, I found myself with extra time and a lot of ideas in my head that I needed to express creatively, and so, Erina Delmar was born.
